Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping (if applicable)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. However, if your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@ledh.net and we’ll do our best to make it right.
